About Me.
Sarah J. Heidelberg is a multifaceted writer, musician, and fashion enthusiast with a deep love for creative expression across various art forms. She has been writing since high school, with her career officially beginning in 2010 when she released her first book, *Phenomenally Me*. Between 2004-2005, she won three single-poem contests, which cemented her belief in her ability to connect with audiences through her words. Her writing often touches on themes of love, resilience, and identity, themes that also resonate in her most recent book, *Ink-Smudged Love* (2024).

Sarah's expertise goes beyond the page. A lifelong lover of music, she started writing songs during high school instrumental music class and has continued refining her craft since. In 2024, she began recording professionally, a journey influenced by a masterclass with the renowned artist H.E.R. The songwriting methods Sarah learned during the workshop still shape her creative process today. She is no stranger to experimentation, having started recording herself as a child on her family’s Eight-track machine, using dubbing and speed to explore sound.
Her artistic journey is eclectic—ranging from dancing on her high school’s Golden Girl dance team to playing the violin through a college service scholarship. Sarah’s early exposure to dance, jazz tap, and gymnastics instilled in her a love for movement that she dreams of rekindling. Her connection to music runs deep, nurtured in part by her participation in an elementary school orchestra.

Outside of her creative endeavors, Sarah works as a fashion associate at a resale shop, where her passion for patterns and the perfect fit fuels her love for styling and clothing design. Her broad range of experiences, from poetry to fashion, music to dance, equips her to serve an audience that values depth, diversity, and authenticity in art. Sarah’s unique ability to weave together these artistic forms with her life experiences makes her the right person to inspire others and deliver heartfelt stories to a broad and eager audience.
